Role Overview

We are looking for a Management Trainee to support our client management and business development activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to customer interaction, sales support, property requirements, and business development.

The trainee will work with the team, handle assigned responsibilities, and gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the team in handling customer enquiries and property requirements.
- Communicate with customers and understand their property needs.
- Support lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams.
- Assist in scheduling property visits and customer meetings.
- Support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer and lead information accurately.
- Assist with property listings and basic property information.
- Prepare daily activity updates and reports.
- Participate in sales and business development activities.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Education

- MBA / PGDM students or graduates.
- Management students.
- Any Graduate interested in sales, business development,



or real estate.
- Freshers are welcome.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Internship & Compensation

- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000.
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided over and above the monthly stipend.
- Incentives will be available to eligible interns based on assigned targets and individual performance.
- Eligible incentives will be calculated for the applicable performance period and paid with the respective monthly payout, as per company policy.

Full-Time Opportunity

Based on performance during the internship, eligible candidates may be considered for a full-time position with Zorba Estates after successful completion of the internship.
