Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled TIG & ARC Welder / Fabricator with hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, fit-up, and finishing activities. The candidate should be capable of producing quality welds as per engineering drawings and required specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform TIG and ARC welding on components as per drawings and specifications.
- Weld Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium, and other engineering materials as required.
- Carry out cutting, fit-up, alignment, tack welding, and final welding.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Select suitable welding electrodes, filler rods, and consumables.
- Set and operate TIG and ARC welding machines with appropriate parameters.
- Perform welding for different material thicknesses and joint configurations.
- Conduct grinding, deburring, and weld finishing activities.
- Inspect welds and identify defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut, lack of fusion, and improper penetration.
- Rectify welding defects and ensure required weld quality.




- Maintain dimensional accuracy and proper surface finish of fabricated components.
- Handle welding machines, grinders, gas-cutting equipment, and other fabrication tools safely.
- Follow quality standards, PPE requirements, 5S, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to complete fabrication work within the required schedule.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe handling of materials and tools.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in TIG and ARC welding.
- Good knowledge of welding parameters and techniques.
- Experience in fabrication and precision welding.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of welding defects and corrective methods.
- Good knowledge of fit-up, alignment, welding sequence, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive awareness of safety procedures and PPE.

Preferred Skills

- TIG/ARC welding certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, and Aluminium welding preferred.
- Experience in industrial/precision fabrication will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.80 per month
