About the Role

This is a hands-on business operations and backend role, suitable for someone who wants to understand how a real business operates.

You will work closely with the team on data management, MIS, documentation, order/dispatch coordination, reporting and other backend business activities.

The role involves working with Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems, maintaining accurate information, preparing reports and coordinating with different teams whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily business and operational data in Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales, dispatches, customers, payments and other business activities.
- Enter, verify and organize data accurately and ensure that records are up to date.
- Assist the team with order processing, dispatch documentation and follow-up activities.
- Track pending activities and coordinate with relevant team members for timely closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and summaries for management.
- Assist in maintaining customer, partner, transporter and other business records.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in data and bring them to the attention of the concerned team.
- Support the team in improving repetitive processes through better data organization, Excel-based solutions and simple automation.
- Take up other business/operations-related tasks as required.

Educational Qualification

- Any graduate / undergraduate in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, BA, B.Sc. or related fields
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior internship or office/operations experience will be an advantage.
