We're growing, and there's more data to make sense of every month. As the business scales, this role grows with it - the chance to build and own our reporting and systems as the company gets bigger.

The role
This is a role for someone who turns raw data into clear, reliable reports management can act on. You'll pull data together from across the business, build and maintain the reports and dashboards the directors depend on, and make sure the numbers are always accurate. Strong, confident command of Excel is the heart of this job - if you enjoy making messy data tell a clear story, you'll do well here.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain regular management reports - sales, receivables, inventory, and purchases
- Pull data from Tally and other sources into Google Sheets/Excel, then clean and structure it
- Build and maintain dashboards using pivot tables, formulas, and linked sheets
- Analyse data to spot trends, gaps, and issues, and flag them to management
- Automate and streamline recurring reports to save time and reduce errors
- Produce ad-hoc analysis whenever the directors or managers need it
- Keep data accurate and consistent across all reports

What we're looking for

- 3-4 years as an MIS executive or in a data/reporting role
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace - especially Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts), Docs and Drive - as our reporting and internal systems run on Workspace - This is Non-Negotiable




- Advanced spreadsheet skills across Google Sheets and Excel - comfortable structuring and analysing large, messy datasets.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn Google AppSheet to build and maintain our internal apps and dashboards.
- Strong command of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Comfortable pulling and working with data from Tally or similar systems
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and well-organised with data
- Working English for records; Gujarati/Hindi for coordinating internally

Preferred (not essential)

- Hands-on experience with Google AppSheets for building inventory, reporting or workflow apps.
- A background in mathematics or another numerate field
- Experience reporting for a trading or distribution business

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

As we expand into the B2C market, our data, reports, and systems will keep evolving — you'll often be building new reports and dashboards from scratch rather than maintaining a fixed set. This role involves learning new tools, adapting to change, and taking on new responsibilities as we grow. Are you comfortable working in such an workplace?
