Job Summary :

We are looking for a Network Administrator to manage and maintain the organisation's day-to-day IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure connectivity for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and provide technical support for office desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.

Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, software and operating systems.

Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network connectivity. Configure, monitor and troubleshoot VPN and Firewall.

Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with ISPs for installation, troubleshooting and service-related issues.

Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve IT/network-related issues. Maintain IT asset records and basic network/infrastructure documentation.

Ensure network security, availability and smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Required Skills Hands-on experience in LAN, VPN and Firewall.

Valuable knowledge of network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.

Good understanding of routers,



switches and Wi-Fi networks.

Experience in ISP coordination and internet connectivity management.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA will be an added advantage.
