- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients in the international market.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Experience in working with CRM systems, workflows, and email campaigns.

- Familiarity with social media marketing techniques is an added advantage.

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BPO contact center industry, with a focus on acquiring international clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.





- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.

- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.

- Utilize CRM systems and tools to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
