Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day HR and personnel-related activities.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
- Support recruitment and manpower planning.
- Coordinate interviews, employee joining and onboarding.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee files and statutory/HR documentation.
- Support payroll-related coordination and attendance verification.
- Guide junior HR staff and help improve HR processes.
- Assist management with employee discipline, performance and workplace issues.
- Provide practical HR guidance based on previous industry experience.

Required Profile:





- Retired HR professional with strong practical experience in HR & administration.
- Preferably 15+ years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, responsible and capable of handling employee-related issues professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial organizations will be an advantage.

Key Requirement:
We are looking for an experienced and mature retired HR professional who can use their previous HR experience to guide the organization, handle employee-related matters and strengthen HR processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
