GudMed is building an AI-powered Clinical Intelligence and Healthcare Workflow Platform focused on transforming hospital operations, clinical documentation, patient engagement, OPD/IPD workflows, and healthcare digitization.

Supported by AIIMS and funded by IIT Indore, GudMed is committed to leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve healthcare efficiency, clinical productivity, and patient outcomes across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Role Overview

This role requires a self-driven skilled who can take ownership of projects, contribute to technical decision-making, mentor junior developers, and lead development initiatives from concept to deployment. The candidate should possess a positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS and enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the development of backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and optimize SQL database structures, queries, and performance.
- Develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications on AWS.
- Participate in application architecture, system design, and technical planning.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers while supporting team growth and productivity.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Contribute to the development of AI-enabled healthcare products and workflow automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and database optimization.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Proven experience in SaaS and enterprise application development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern application architecture.
- Experience working with version control systems and development best practices.
- Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
