JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain solar products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
