Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Operate POS systems efficiently
- Reconcile cash drawer at shift end
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Suggest menu items and upsell beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of billing counter
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Prepare shift reports and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years cashier experience (restaurant, café, or retail)
- POS system proficiency
- Strong numeracy and mathematical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma
