Role Overview

The Associate Director – Marketing & Enrollment will be responsible for driving student enrollment, revenue growth, and brand visibility for UEI Global Education Pvt. Ltd. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with solid expertise in marketing, sales, operations, and revenue management, along with a proven track record of achieving targets in the education or hospitality domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance institute visibility and attract prospective students.
- Enrollment Management: Lead student recruitment initiatives, ensuring enrollment targets are consistently met.
- Revenue Management: Optimize revenue streams through effective pricing, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Sales & Outreach: Build strong industry networks, partnerships, and collaborations to boost admissions.
- Operations Oversight: Streamline processes across admissions, marketing, and student services for efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Target Achievement: Consistently deliver on enrollment and revenue goals aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education:



Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration from reputed institutions such as IHM or Symbiosis.
- Experience: 12–15 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, and enrollment management, preferably in hospitality or education.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory; fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong expertise in revenue management and cost optimization
- Proven ability in sales and marketing strategy
- Hands-on experience in operations management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently
