JOB DESCRIPTION 2: SALES EXECUTIVE

Experience: 0-2 years in sales preferred (freshers okay)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be our sales superhero for India. Your job:
· Find businesses, colleges, and students who need our services
· Call them, pitch our services, answer questions
· Close deals and convert them into paying customers
· Build relationships so they buy again and again
TARGETS YOU MUST ACHIEVE
MINIMUM MONTHLY TARGET: ₹2,00,000 in sales
This can come from:
✓ 20 thesis projects (₹10K each) = ₹2,00,000
✓ 10 website projects (₹20K each) = ₹2,00,000
✓ 2 app projects (₹80K each) + 4 websites (₹20K each) = ₹2,00,000
✓ Any mix that reaches ₹2,00,000
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T REACH THE TARGET:
- Below ₹1.5 lakh: Salary cut 40%
- ₹1.5L - ₹2L: Salary cut 20-30%
- Above ₹2L: Full salary + 20-30% bonus
SALARY & BENEFITS
Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month (if target met)
Commission: 10% on every sale
(Example: ₹10K project = ₹1,000 commission) Bonus: 20-30% of salary (if exceed target by 20%+)
WHO CAN APPLY
✓ Any graduate
✓ 0-2 years of sales/business development experience
✓ Strong English + Hindi communication
✓ Comfortable with CRM tools (we train if needed)
✓ Love closing deals
✓ Target-oriented mentality
WORKING HOURS
Monday - Saturday:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours) Sunday: Off (rest day)
Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (1 hour) Total: 45 hours per week
YOUR DAILY WORK
Morning:
- Review yesterday's leads
- Plan today's calls (20-35 calls)
- Send emails to prospects
Afternoon:
- Make calls/conduct meetings
- Follow up with interested leads
- Update CRM with progress
Evening:
- Close any pending deals
- Report daily sales
- Prepare tomorrow's target list
