Job Description:

- Identify and source suitable land properties based on company requirements.
- Search for land through property owners, brokers, local contacts, and market networks.
- Coordinate with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary verification of land details, location, extent, ownership, and availability.
- Negotiate lease, rental, purchase, and other commercial terms with landowners.
- Coordinate site visits and property inspections.
- Collect and coordinate required land documents for legal verification.
- Liaise with legal teams, government departments, and local authorities whenever required.
- Follow up on agreements, registrations, lease documentation, and other formalities.
- Maintain records of available properties, landowners, negotiations, and completed transactions.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of landowners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding potential land opportunities and negotiations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
