Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Mumbai. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, customer follow-ups, and supporting the field sales team.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in outbound telecalling or telesales and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services
- Generate and qualify sales leads




- Schedule product demonstrations
- Book appointments for Field Sales Executives
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Handle basic customer objections and queries
- Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to support customer conversions

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of Telecalling / Telesales experience
- Proven outbound calling and lead-generation experience
- Experience working with sales or calling targets
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Basic CRM knowledge
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Basic to Valuable
- Marathi – Preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
