Job Description:

Job Description for Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance:

The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team of insurance agents to promote and sell the company's insurance products. The role will involve recruiting new agents, providing training and support to improve their sales skills, and ensuring they meet performance targets. The Associate Agency Development Manager will also work closely with the agents to develop effective sales strategies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.




- Set performance targets and track the progress of agents against these goals.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support agents in building their client base and developing effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment to encourage agent retention and development.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
