Objective: To lead and manage the ARMORO Bengaluru store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and seamless coordination across retail and café operations. This is a founding team role for someone who thrives on ownership, leadership, hospitality and building systems that scale.

Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day operations of the ARMORO Bengaluru store.

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences across retail and café touchpoints.

* Recruit, train, mentor and manage a high-performing team.

* Create and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, and service standards.

* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and accountability.

* Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards.

* Oversee inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.

* Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

* Track store performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

* Work closely with the founders to continuously improve customer experience and store operations.





* Foster a culture of ownership, hospitality, attention to detail, and accountability.

Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, café, lifestyle, or customer-facing operations.

* 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing daily operations.

* Strong understanding of customer service, team management, and operational excellence.

* Experience building, improving, and maintaining operational processes and systems.

* Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, hands-on environment.

* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience with premium retail, outdoor & lifestyle brands, hospitality, or customer-centric environments such as Decathlon is preferred.

* Ownership mindset with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
