Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Tele caller to handle incoming and outgoing calls for our hotel. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, the ability to explain hotel services clearly, and a polite attitude while interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide information about hotel rooms, facilities, rates, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain a daily log of calls, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the front office team for smooth guest check-in and check-out.
- Promote hotel services such as restaurant offers, events, banquets, etc.
- Resolve guest queries and escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain an updated customer database.




- Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software, email handling).
- Pleasant voice, positive attitude, and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
