Position - Senior Team Leader
location - Ghansoli
Package - 30k to 32k inhand
Experience - Minimum 1 -2 yrs BPO exp as a TL ( Sales process)
Education - HSC / Graduate
Key responsibilities:
1. Team Handling 2. Problem Solving - Anticipate Challenge and develop solution. 3. Organised and able to delegate task. 4. Make explicit and timely decision. 5. Negotiation skills . 6. Good in people management. Prefered skills : objection handling abilities Target oriented and self motivated Excellent verbal communication
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
