We are looking for an experienced and responsible Property / Facility Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our commercial property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise building construction, repair and maintenance work
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors and vendors
- Manage electrical, plumbing and general maintenance work
- Coordinate security guards and other staff
- Monitor construction progress and quality of work
- Maintain staff attendance and work records
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers and technicians
- Check materials and ongoing site work
- Identify property issues and arrange timely solutions
- Send regular work updates, photographs and reports to the owner




- Take overall responsibility for smooth property operations

Candidate Profile:

- 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in facility/property/building management
- Knowledge of civil, electrical and general maintenance work
- Good contractor and staff coordination skills
- Responsible, trustworthy and capable of working independently
- Positive communication and reporting skills
- Gurugram / Delhi NCR candidates preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
