Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Parent Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and play a key role in fostering solid relationships within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders at all levels—both verbally and in writing.
- Support the Admissions Team and Principal in driving student enrolments.
- Manage parent queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing calls,



and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless parent experience.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and admissions data.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office software
