- Drink Preparation: Pull espresso shots, steam and texture milk, and brew coffee or tea using manual and automatic equipment.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, explain menu items, and customize drinks for dietary needs.
- Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Cleanliness: Sanitize counters, equipment, and seating areas regularly throughout the shift.
- Stock Management: Restock supplies like cups, lids, napkins, and coffee beans.

Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of coffee brewing methods, grind sizes, and basic machine operation.
