### We are seeking a talented and experienced ReactJS Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end architecture, API integration, and modern UI/UX development practices.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality user experiences while adhering to engineering best practices and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and scalable code.
- Develop new user-facing features and enhance existing functionality.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Application Architecture

- Implement component-based architecture and reusable design patterns.
- Develop and maintain scalable front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Ensure maintainability, security, and performance of front-end solutions.

API Integration

- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Handle asynchronous operations using contemporary JavaScript techniques.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Manage application state effectively using state management frameworks.





Performance & Quality

###

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Debug and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Optimize application performance and page load times.
- Develop unit tests and support automated testing initiatives.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Backend Engineering.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
