Ashtotra Impex Trading Services is engaged in the marketing and distribution of premium food products, including spices, jaggery powder, and other natural agricultural products. We are expanding our retail presence across Hyderabad and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive business growth.

Job Type: Full time
Work Location: Hyderabad (Field Sales & Marketing)
Experience Required: 1-3 Years (Minimum)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, grocery chains, and distributors.
- Generate business through field visits, networking, referrals, and market development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, store owners, purchase managers, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and promote company products to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure product visibility, placement, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer feedback.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Travel extensively within Hyderabad and surrounding areas on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG sales, retail sales, or business development.
- Experience working with retail stores, supermarkets, grocery outlets, or FMCG distributors.
- Solid networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in selling spices, food products, FMCG products, or consumer packaged goods.
- Existing network with retailers, supermarkets, and distributors in Aurangabad.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
