Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil with around 10 years of hands-on experience in construction to oversee and manage day-to-day site execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in coordinating site teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all civil works are executed according to structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and approved plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure assigned works are completed within the scheduled timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify technical and site-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise site workers and ensure proper manpower planning and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with construction, safety, and quality standards.
- Plan material requirements and monitor material availability, consumption, and usage.
- Control material wastage and support cost-effective project execution.
- Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and documentation.




- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, drawings, specifications, and engineering practices.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and coordinate multiple teams.
- Positive understanding of quality control, safety procedures, and construction standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple site activities effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
