Key Responsibilities:
- Call and convert cutomers.
- Reply to unread WhatsApp and CRM leads
- Call back missed calls within 10–15 minutes
- Take follow-ups on pending leads.
- Update CRM with proper lead status (New / Follow-up / Confirmed / Not Interested)
- Assist in scheduling AC pickup appointments
- Send confirmation messages to customers
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi/Bengali preferred)
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & Google Sheets
- Responsible and responsive attitude
Gadgets Preferred :-
- Laptop , Bike , Mobile phone that supports auto call recording.
