Job Summary

We are looking for an Interior Designer cum Architect who can handle interior design, architectural coordination, drawings, and execution support for residential and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning as per project requirements.
- Prepare and review working drawings, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, site, and execution teams.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and colour schemes.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and quantity estimates for interior works.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved designs and drawings.
- Resolve design and site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure designs meet quality, functionality,



aesthetics, and project timelines.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate design changes with the site team.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design and architectural planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction detailing.
- Good understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design and site requirements simultaneously.

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or relevant qualification.

Preferred: Experience in residential high-rise projects and hands-on site execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
