- Lead and manage service and support operations.
- Plan and execute installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams for technical support.
- Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction levels.
- Prepare service reports, MIS, and continuous improvement plans.
Job Summary:-
The Services Head will be responsible for managing service operations, installation, commissioning, customer support, and after-sales service activities. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and efficient execution of service-related projects in the automotive/manufacturing sector
