About Us

Naina Devi Enterprises is an e-commerce company dealing in multiple product categories, with a primary focus on women's footwear. We sell our products on leading online marketplaces across India.

Job Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
- Design product images and perform basic image editing.
- Create product content and catalogs.
- Process customer orders and coordinate product dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints.
- Coordinate with marketplaces for deals, promotions, and offers.
- Perform payment reconciliation and maintain records.
- Manage Sponsored Ads and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Create templates and maintain product data.
- Work independently as well as with the team.




- Communicate effectively through email and phone.
- Use MS Excel / Advanced Excel for daily tasks.

Requirements

- Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing and image editing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and skills.
