Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Producer-Editor who can independently manage video editing and content production from raw footage to publish-ready content.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in YouTube production, long-form editing, Shorts/Reels and digital content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently edit long-form YouTube videos.
- Convert long-form footage into engaging Shorts and Reels.
- Handle the complete post-production process from raw footage to final delivery.
- Add captions, graphics, B-roll, music, sound effects and transitions.
- Ensure strong pacing, storytelling and viewer retention.
- Create and optimise thumbnails.
- Assist with titles, descriptions, chapters and end screens.
- Review videos for quality, accuracy and consistency before delivery.
- Manage multiple videos simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Work with the Founder/Content Lead to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain organised project files and production assets.




- Stay updated with YouTube and short-form video trends.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–3 years of professional video-editing experience.
- Proven experience editing YouTube content.
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good working knowledge of CapCut.
- Experience creating Shorts/Reels.
- Knowledge of captions, B-roll, sound design and basic motion graphics.
- Experience with Canva or similar thumbnail tools.
- Strong understanding of YouTube content formats.
- Ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Good English communication skills.

Mandatory

Candidates must provide live YouTube links, portfolio or relevant work samples.

Candidates whose experience is limited only to advertising/commercial editing and who have no YouTube/content-production experience may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
