Job Title:- Service Head

Experience:- Relevant experience in Solar Projects preferred
Salary:- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Location:- Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall service and maintenance operations for solar and electrical projects.
- Oversee installation-related service, commissioning support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, technical issues, breakdowns, and service requests.
- Coordinate with customers, service engineers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct site visits to assess technical issues and monitor service quality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar systems, electrical equipment, and installations.
- Ensure service activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise, guide, and manage the service and technical team.
- Allocate service calls and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Maintain service records, reports, customer feedback, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of spare parts and service materials.




- Monitor recurring technical issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant electrical and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the service team whenever required.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in solar, electrical, renewable energy, EPC, or technical service operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of solar systems, electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Previous experience in service management, team handling, and customer support will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requirements and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
- Strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
