- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, evaluation, and implementation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain a protected and clean working environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures as needed.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education programs.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.
