Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to drive growth across our digital marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, cataloging, and seller account management. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing product listings (SEO), streamlining order fulfillment, analyzing sales metrics, and scaling our brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).

- 10 AM to 7 PM

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Marketplace Management: Manage and scale daily operations on Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, and Quick Commerce dashboards. Ensure high account health, swift issue resolution, and strict platform compliance.
- Cataloging & Listing Optimization (SEO):
- Create & Optimize: Develop highly converting, keyword-rich product listings, A+ content, and enhanced brand content to maximize search visibility and organic ranking.
- Catalog Maintenance: Oversee product attributes, high-resolution images, compelling descriptions, and bullet points for complete accuracy.
- Dynamic Updates: Swiftly modify listings in response to pricing strategies, stock updates, and marketplace algorithm changes.
- Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:
- Order Processing: Track daily incoming orders to ensure 100% SLA adherence, timely dispatch, and seamless fulfillment.
- Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to monitor stock levels, prevent stock-outs, and manage inventory reconciliation.
- Data Analysis & Sales Reporting:
- Performance Metrics: Track essential marketplace KPIs including Conversion Rate, Average Selling Price (ASP), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and return rates.
- Actionable Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports,



providing actionable strategies to boost inventory turnover and marketplace growth.
- Marketing & Promotional Campaigns:
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-impact flash sales, deal-of-the-day promotions, and discount events.
- Ad & Visibility Support: Upload promotional banners, update dynamic offers, and monitor basic e-commerce ad performance across sales channels.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Team Synergy: Work closely with logistics, marketing, finance, and design teams to ensure seamless online operations.
- New Channel Onboarding: Spearhead the integration and setup of new digital storefronts and quick commerce platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or Cataloging.
- Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Quick Commerce dashboards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) for sales tracking and inventory management.
- E-commerce Acumen: Solid understanding of digital metrics (Conversion Rates, Buy Box, ASP, Returns, and basic AMS/Ads performance).
- Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and equipped with excellent communication skills.
- Industry Bonus: Prior experience working with D2C brands, Kitchenware, or Consumer Electronics is highly preferred.
