- Manage and oversee day-to-day hotel operations.
- Lead and supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance and Security.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
- Drive occupancy, room revenue, F&B; revenue and overall profitability.
- Monitor and manage P&L;, budgets, expenses and cost control.
- Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational standards.
- Lead, motivate, train and develop department heads and hotel staff.
- Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
