Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Google and social media
* Understand travel dates, group size, budget and preferred location
* Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into bookings
* Update customer details, enquiry status and follow-up records
* Coordinate payments, check-in details and guest requirements
Requirements:
* Positive spoken and written English
* Kannada and Hindi are required
* Confident and polite customer communication
* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and CRM systems
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
