About the Company

Homebrew Automation Solution is a manufacturer of PTS (Pneumatic Transport Systems) based in Anand, Gujarat. We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Site / Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support for our PTS projects in Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide 24×7 online technical support to customers whenever required.
- Handle in office customer support, troubleshooting, and service activities.
- Coordinate with customers and local service personnel for site-related work.
- Plan and execute installation at customer sites.
- Understand and troubleshoot PTS automation and pneumatic systems.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits after project completion.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers and team members during site activities.




- Prepare basic service reports and provide timely updates regarding site work.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / ITI in:
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SLD (Single Line Diagram) drawings will be an advantage.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel outside Lucknow when required.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will be offered based on experience, technical knowledge, skills, and suitability for the position.

For company-related travel outside Lucknow, the company will provide travel, accommodation, and other approved expenses as per company policy.
