*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Accounts & Bookkeeping*

- Maintain and manage full set of company accounts in Tally / ERP / Accounting software

- Handle day-to-day entries: Purchase, Sales, Payments, Receipts, Journal, Bank

- Reconcile Bank Statements, Vendor & Customer Ledgers monthly

- Manage GST, TDS calculations and ensure timely entry and documentation

- Managing Order forms

*2. Statutory Compliance*

- GST Filing: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation

- TDS deduction, deposit and quarterly returns

- Payroll processing and salary calculations

- Coordinate with CA for audits, tax filings, and other compliance work

- Ensure all invoices, bills, and documents are as per compliance

*3. Payroll & HR Coordination*

- Process monthly payroll for all departments

- Coordinate with Admin/HR for new joiners and exits to ensure correct salary

- Maintain attendance, leave records and PF/ESIC records if applicable

- Issue salary slips and handle employee payroll queries

*4. MIS & Management Reporting*

- Prepare monthly MIS reports: P&L;, Cash Flow, Expense reports for management

- Track department-wise expenses and budgets





- Vendor payments scheduling and follow-ups

- Support management in cost control and financial planning

*5. Internal Controls*

- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing payments

- Maintain proper filing of all financial documents

- Implement and follow company financial policies strictly

- Coordinate with Admin for staff documentation related to accounts

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Education*: http://B.Com / http://M.Com. CA Inter preferred

- *Experience*: 4-7 years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing/apparel/retail

- *Technical Skills*:

- Expert in Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST Portal, Income Tax Portal

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, Audit

- *Other Skills*:

- Good analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Good communication skills

- High integrity and confidentiality
