- Special Requests: Coordinate dietary restrictions, food allergies, and large family or VIP gatherings with the kitchen and floor staff.
- Feedback & Resolution: Listen to guest comments during the meal, resolve complaints immediately, and report recurring issues to the restaurant manager.
- Reservations: Handle table bookings via phone or reservation software while maintaining accurate seating charts.
