Key Responsibilities

- Review the daily invoice and dispatch schedule and prioritize dispatches accordingly.
- Confirm material availability with Stores before dispatch.
- Verify product code, description, quantity, boxes/cartons, packaging, and labels before loading.
- Conduct or coordinate Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) before vehicle departure.
- Ensure the right material and quantity are dispatched as per the invoice/order.
- Coordinate with loaders/helpers for proper and secure loading of materials.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely pickup.
- Prepare and verify all applicable dispatch documentation, including:
- Invoice
- Delivery Challan
- E-Way Bill
- LR (Lorry Receipt)
- Other dispatch-related records
- Maintain accurate transporter and vehicle records.
- Obtain LR after dispatch and update the ERP/system and dispatch records.
- Follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery)



and other delivery documents, wherever applicable.
- Maintain an updated pending-dispatch tracker and follow up on delayed dispatches.
- Immediately report and coordinate resolution of shortages, damages, wrong material, or quantity discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with Stores, Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Accounts for smooth dispatch operations.
- Support return-material pickup, documentation, and inward coordination.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safe loading practices in the dispatch area.

Working Days: Mon-Sat

Job Time : 9 am - 6 pm
