- Maintain employee master data and HR records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, attendance reports, and recruitment status reports.
- Manage employee communication and HR announcements.
- Coordinate employee advantages, insurance/mediclaim, and other HR-related facilities.
- Support management in HR planning and organizational development activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
