Position: Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant for a legal company who has solid knowledge of accounting and MCA compliance. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial records, statutory compliance, and handling MCA-related filings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain ledgers, invoices, payments, receipts and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Manage MCA compliance, ROC filings and company-related statutory forms.
- Maintain proper corporate records and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with CA/CS and other professionals for audits and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in MCA/ROC compliance and filings.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
