We're hiring a Marketing Executive to independently manage our Google My Business (GMB) profile and ad campaigns, along with social media marketing across Instagram and Facebook. This role is central to how patients discover and choose our clinic, so we're looking for someone who understands both the technical side of ad platforms and the nuances of marketing in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google My Business listings and Google Local Service/GMB ad campaigns to improve visibility in local search
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, including paid ads (Meta Ads Manager)
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with clinic services, patient education, and promotions
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, cost-per-lead, ROAS, appointment conversions)
- Manage patient reviews and ratings on Google and social platforms professionally
- Coordinate with designers/photographers for creative assets, or create simple content independently




- Stay current with healthcare marketing guidelines and platform policy changes
- Suggest and test recent strategies to improve patient acquisition and retention

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads/GMB and social media marketing campaigns
- Proven track record — please be ready to share case studies, metrics, or portfolio of past campaigns
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and GMB dashboard
- Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating with clinic staff and doctors
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading performance data and adjusting strategy accordingly

Work Location & Flexibility

This is a Work From Office (WFO) role based in Mumbai (Malad East), with the option to work remotely/WFH occasionally as needed (e.g., content planning days, personal circumstances), subject to manager approval.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
