About the Role

Veasley Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in PCD Pharma.

The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our pharmaceutical products and PCD opportunities, generating leads, following up with prospects and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential pharma distributors, franchise partners and clients.
- Explain our products, PCD opportunities and business offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Work towards lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical/PCD pharma company is required.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales is required.




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and skilled phone communication.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and the PCD pharma business.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Zirakpur.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who already understands the pharmaceutical and PCD business and is comfortable speaking with distributors, franchise partners and potential clients.

We are looking for someone who is confident on calls, good at building relationships, persistent with follow-ups and focused on converting conversations into business. The candidate should be proactive, target-oriented and able to work independently.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
