About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Principal Consultant – Client Transformation Lead to join our consulting team in Surat.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can go beyond giving recommendations and drive real business transformation through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end business transformation and consulting projects for clients.
- Understand client challenges across strategy, people, processes, sales, finance, and operations.
- Conduct business diagnostics and identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Develop practical and customized business strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Work directly with promoters, founders, CXOs, and senior management.
- Drive implementation of consulting recommendations and track measurable outcomes.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, SOPs, dashboards, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
- Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to building strong consulting methodologies.




- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional consulting engagements.

What We’re Looking For

- 7–15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, operations, or related fields.
- MBA / PGDM / BBA / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle senior-level client conversations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- A hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and measurable results.
- Experience working with MSMEs, SMEs, startups, or promoter-led businesses will be an advantage.
