*We Are Hiring – HR Head (HR + IR) – Peenya*

We are looking for a solid HR Leader to independently head HR & IR for our Manufacturing Plant in Peenya.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Plant HR & IR – Core Responsibility*

- Complete ownership of Plant HR & IR – Blue Collar & White Collar (500+ Headcount)

- Strong in handling *Union Management, Long Term Settlement (LTS), Wage Negotiations, Disciplinary Actions, Domestic Enquiries*

- Handle Contract Labour Management – 200+ Contract workforce, Contractor Billing

- Drive Shop-floor Discipline, Safety Culture, Grievance Handling

*2. Statutory Compliance & Liaison*

- 100% compliance – Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Standing Orders

- Govt. Liaison – Labour Department, Factory Inspector, PF/ESI Office

- Lead ISO Audits, Customer Audits on HR & Labour Compliance

Talent Acquisition & HR Operations*

- Complete recruitment – Operators, Engineers, Staff & Leadership – Plant + HO

- Manage HRMS, Attendance, Payroll inputs, Leave, HR MIS & Reports

- Drive PMS – KRA/KPI setting, Performance Review, Increments

*4. Training & Engagement*

- Skill Development, Training Calendar, Induction, Employee Engagement & Retention

- Drive 5S, Kaizen, TPM culture on shop-floor

*Candidate Profile – Must Have:*

- *12-15 Years in HR + IR in Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive Sector ONLY*

- *MSW + MBA (HR) Dual Qualification – Mandatory* – Full Time Preferred

- Must have handled Plant IR independently – Union, Settlement, Labour Court matters

- Must be from Peenya / Bangalore based Manufacturing plant background

- Must know Kannada & English for Labour Handling

- Stable career – Min 3-4 Years in current company

*Salary*: Up to 18 LPA – Negotiable for Right Candidate

Pay: ₹112,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
