Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and driven individual for the position of Assistant Manager - CAT Axis. This role will involve managing and optimizing customer acquisition strategies to enhance business performance and drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market share.




- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential customers.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquisition strategies, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Prepare and present reports on acquisition performance and insights to senior management.
- Foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration efforts.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
