Digital Sales & Data Mining Executive

Work Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Shift: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Openings: 50

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Pay: ₹10,000/month guaranteed
- Performance Incentive: ₹500 per property subscription sold
- Target: 30+ plans/month
- Potential Earnings: ₹25,000+/monthAbout the Product

You will sell a ₹5,000 Property Subscription Plan that provides property owners with a 90-day premium listing designed to help them get better visibility and sell their property faster. Key Responsibilities

- Extract property-owner leads from 99acres, OLX, Magicbricks, Facebook groups and classifieds
- Generate and maintain 80+ verified leads per day
- Verify owner contact details and property information
- Make 80+ outbound calls per day
- Pitch the premium property listing/subscription
- Follow up with interested property owners
- Handle pricing and trust-related objections
- Close 30+ subscriptions per month
- Send payment links and complete customer onboarding
- Maintain daily reports in Google Sheets/CRM
- Participate in weekly performance reviews

Requirements





- 2–6 years experience in Sales, Telecalling, Digital Marketing or Lead Generation
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience with inside sales, cold calling and data mining
- English + Hindi + Telugu/regional language preferred
- High closing ability and target-oriented approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
