We are seeking only dynamic and motivatedindividuals to join our Overseas Recruitment Team as CRM Executives / Telecallers. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals with backgrounds in overseas recruitment, particularly in the Oil & Gas sectors, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), tele calling, or overseas consultancy.

Selected Candidates Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities.
- Provide accurate information on job vacancies, eligibility criteria, and recruitment procedures.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the CRM system.
- Ensure timely communication and qualified support to candidates at every stage of the recruitment cycle.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (Mandatory)




- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory)
