Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers, dealers, contractors, and project sites regularly.
- Promote and explain company products and services.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather market information.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Achieve the assigned monthly business targets.
- Submit daily field visit and activity reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.

Monthly Target & Incentives:

- Performance Incentive: Attractive incentives will be provided based on achievement of the monthly target.
- Salary and incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience in field marketing/sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
