Commis II & Commis III: Indian or Chinese food

(salary + tips + food + accommodation)

Responsibilities:

- maintain the station assigned, prepare mise-en-place, keep everything stocked and ready

- prepare and cook a variety of dishes, as needed

- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure productive service.

- keep hygiene and cleanliness standards; follow the rota for regular cleaning and disinfecting; stocking and knowing how to use the cleaning equipment and materials

- regular stock taking; maintaining stock levels; communicating with the team regarding ordering and receiving products needed to run the station

Requirements:

- basic English reading and writing;

- 12th pass & diploma/ certificate course from catering college preferred

OR





1-3 years experience in a professional kitchen with Asian / Indian cooking experience

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work as part of a team with good communication with the rest of the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
