Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified marine officers and crew as per vessel requirements. Coordinate crew documentation, certifications, interviews, medicals, travel, joining, and relieving arrangements. Maintain an updated database of available crew and ensure timely crew deployment in coordination with vessel operations. Valuable knowledge of maritime ranks, STCW requirements, documentation, and strong communication and coordination skills are preferable.
